Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and operations for programs or functions with significant business, regulatory and/or technical challenges.
• Evaluate programs or functions, policies and procedures; identify issues and develop alternatives.
• Review trends to advise and develop recommendations to achieve program goals.
• Represent the program within the department and at university level; commit resources and provide information/train.
• Manage and contribute to outreach strategy including communications and compliance.
• May develop and oversee budgets and supervise staff.
• Assess training needs and develop related training.
