Medical College of Wisconsin seeks an experienced administrator to lead the Department of Surgery Continuing Professional Education. You will oversee symposiums, lectureships, weekly grand rounds and morbidity and mortality conferences, coordinating with faculty leaders to achieve program goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling resources, creating materials, and maintaining databases, with a high degree of independence and CME accreditation proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience may substitute for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in administrative leadership or CME/education programs.
• Event coordination and continuing professional education experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead administrative activities for the Department of Surgery Continuing Professional Education.
• Develop and manage program budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate recruitment of speakers and oversight of lectures and symposia.
• Design educational materials and manage databases and records.
