Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking an experienced administrative leader for the Department of Surgery Continuing Professional Education. You will oversee symposiums, lectureships, weekly grand rounds, and morbidity/mortality conferences, coordinating daily administrative activities and supporting the team to meet program goals.

You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and materials while serving as a primary liaison with faculty, other departments, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in program administration and coordination.
• Strong organizational and budget management skills.
• Ability to design educational materials and summaries.

Responsibilities
