Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks an administrative leader to head the Department of Surgery Continuing Professional Education, overseeing symposiums, named lectureships, weekly grand rounds, and morbidity and mortality conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 5+ years related experience.
• Experience coordinating events and continuing professional education programs.
• Knowledge of CME accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program timeline and track deadlines for deliverables.
• Develop and manage program budgets.
• Schedule people and material resources.
• Serve as primary contact for lectureships and leads symposiums.
• Coordinate development of educational materials and reports.
• Oversee databases and files related to the program.
• Organize internal and external meetings and events.
• Ensure compliance with CME accreditation requirements.
