Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN hardware and peripherals and related equipment.
• Respond to work orders and maintain daily records.
• Provide technical support to other technicians.
• Maintain desktops, PCs, Chromebooks and other devices.
• Oversee training and development of desktop support staff.
• Assist coordinators with service advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
