Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware/software problems using diagnostic tools
• Provide technical support to fellow technicians
• Maintain desktops, PCs, Chromebooks and other devices
• Assist in AV equipment and peripheral understanding and support
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
