Qualifications

• 12+ years in a high-growth environment (Strategy, Ops, Chief of Staff, or Senior Project Management) with a Bachelor’s degree.
• K-12 context knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency with a range of workplace productivity software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations & coordination between APEX and partner teams to align priorities and deliverables.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion with on-time delivery.
• Plan and track the CAO’s major deliverables, and co-create meeting cadence, purpose, and agendas.
• Attend external conferences or meetings with the CAO to strengthen Amplify’s connections and influence.
