Job summary

Amplify is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, design, learning science, and marketing to deliver transformative classroom experiences.

You will define the north star and 12–18 month roadmap for mCLASS Math, drive quarterly OKRs, and partner with teams to deliver measurable improvements in retention, engagement, and revenue. This role requires AI enthusiasm, strategic vision, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in a high-growth SaaS, ed tech, or consumer tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Startup and growth experience in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end products from vision to launch.
• Demonstrated leadership, structuring ambiguity and aligning stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences and leadership.
• AI enthusiast comfortable shaping AI-powered experiences with technical teams.
• Technical literacy to collaborate with engineers on complex domains.

Responsibilities

• Define the north star: set vision, strategy, and 12–18 month roadmap for mCLASS Math.
• Deliver business impact: set quarterly OKRs and drive product outcomes for retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Plan initiatives: develop research plans and quarterly release plans with estimates.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create feasible user experiences and backlogs.
• Work with Learning Science and Content writers to ensure valid assessment reporting.
• Advocate for users throughout development with qualitative and quantitative research.
• Analyze market intelligence and competitive trends to inform future plans.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Lead product execution and cross-team ceremonies; ensure blockers are resolved.
• Influence senior leadership to align roadmaps and go-to-market strategy.
• Enable go-to-market success with Marketing, Sales and CX.
