Job summary

Maricopa County seeks a Senior Manager of Electronic Document Management (EDM) to drive the EDM program and strategic planning. You will oversee major automation projects, coordinate with justice and law enforcement partners, and manage budgets and personnel to deliver secure, scalable document management.

Responsibilities include leading OnBase implementations, refining EDM policies, and guiding teams through complex cross-functional programs while ensuring high availability of the EDMS and

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive experience in enterprise document management, ECM, content services, information management, IT applications, or related discipline.
• At least five years’ leadership/supervisory experience.
• At least three years’ hands-on experience with Hyland OnBase.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; combination of education and IT experience may substitute per policy.
• Experience managing IT projects or IT systems analysis, design, or programming.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets for EDM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes the long-term EDM strategic plan for high availability and efficiency.
• Lead cross-stakeholder collaboration across justice and law enforcement communities and with State partners.
• Manage program budget, automation, training, and personnel.
• Lead and mentor managers, supervisors, leads and staff.
• Oversee policy and procedure development for EDM and ensure regulatory compliance.
