Job summary

The Senior Manager of Electronic Document Management (EDM) at Maricopa County leads the EDM program, directing strategic planning, large automation projects, and cross-agency collaboration across the justice and law enforcement community. This role provides supervision to managers, supervisors, leads, and staff, and manages EDM budgets and policies.

The position requires eight years in enterprise document management with at least five years in leadership, and three years with the Hyland OnBase

Qualifications

Eight years of progressive experience in enterprise document management, ECM, content services, information management, IT applications, or a closely related discipline.
At least five years of leadership or supervisory experience.
At least three years hands-on expertise with the Hyland OnBase EDM platform.
Bachelor's degree in a related field; combinations of education and IT experience may substitute.

Responsibilities

Develops the long-term EDM strategic plan to ensure high availability of the EDMS and capitalize on product capabilities.
Leads EDM policy development and ensures alignment with department objectives.
Oversees project management, budgeting, and cross-functional teams to deliver major EDM initiatives.
Ensures disaster recovery, security, and compliance across EDM systems.
