Job summary

Opportunity Finance Network is seeking a Senior Associate, Editorial Management to lead writing, editing, and editorial operations. You will shape messaging across OFN's platforms, maintain the enterprise calendar, and drive high-quality content from assignment to publication.

You will develop framing, calls to action, and audience-specific adaptations while collaborating with teams to advance policy and program impact within the CDFI community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2–3 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability across formats.
• Experience managing an editorial calendar and content pipeline.
• Knowledge of AP style and editorial ethics.
• Experience with WordPress or CMS and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine high-impact content for web, email, newsletters, social, and more.
• Conduct rigorous copyediting, proofreading, fact-checking, and QA before publication.
• Manage OFN's enterprise editorial calendar and Asana workflows; ensure timely delivery with clear ownership.
• Coordinate handoffs among writers, experts, media relations, and freelancers; maintain version control and approvals.
