Job summary

Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks a Senior Associate for Digital Platforms & Marketing Operations to oversee the technology stack that powers OFN’s digital presence. You will manage platform administration, website publishing, data analytics, and email marketing efficiency, ensuring secure, well-documented, and scalable operations.

Reporting to the SVP, Strategic Communications, you will partner across teams to implement governance, QA, and measurement, while maintaining reliable vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2-3 years of related experience in digital communications or marketing operations.
• 2-3 years of progressively responsible experience in digital communications, marketing operations, web production, marketing technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of OFN's communications platforms and governance.
• Publish and maintain website pages, forms, metadata, navigation, and assets in the CMS.
• Administer OFN's email marketing platform, templates, audiences, and journeys.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data quality measures.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional partners on platform needs.
