Job summary

OFN, the nation’s leading investment intermediary for CDFIs, seeks a Senior Associate, Editorial Management in Washington, DC, to lead hands-on writing, editing, and editorial operations within the Strategic Communications team.

You will own the editorial pipeline, ensure quality, manage Asana workflows, and translate complex policy and research into clear content across OFN’s platforms; this is an execution-focused role for an editor fluent in finance, policy, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Strong writing/editing across web, emails, reports, and exec communications.
• Ability to translate complex policy/ research into clear, audience-focused content.
• Experience managing an editorial pipeline and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and produce high-impact content for multiple channels.
• Apply brand voice, ensure accuracy, and verify facts before publication.
• Manage enterprise editorial calendar and workflows in Asana.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with writers, subject-matter experts, and media relations.
