Job summary

Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) in Washington, DC, seeks an Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Solutions Officer to lead enterprise strategy, innovation, and impact. You will partner with the CEO and Leadership Team to translate the strategic vision into a prioritized, measurable agenda across OFN’s network of CDFIs.

The role demands an accomplished, hands-on executive with deep knowledge of community development finance, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of building

Qualifications

• Extensive executive leadership at the C-suite level.
• Proven track record in developing and executing enterprise strategy.
• Deep understanding of CDFIs or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead OFN’s enterprise strategy function in partnership with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
• Translate organizational strategic vision into a focused, sequenced, and measurable enterprise agenda.
• Develop solutions that address the evolving needs of the CDFI industry and the communities it serves.
• Serve as a principal strategic advisor to the CEO, providing independent judgment and market intelligence.
• Guide enterprise strategy, prioritization, and execution across the organization.
• Lead innovation and solutions development across priority investment areas.
• Build and strengthen strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations.
• Develop data-informed strategies and lead organizational learning initiatives.
• Drive impact strategy, measurement, and performance across OFN’s work.
• Engage industry stakeholders through advisory councils and leadership forums.
