Job summary

CGS, a leading government services provider, seeks a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor in Miami to guide legal teams through complex electronic discovery projects. You will oversee identification, preservation, collection, processing, and production of ESI for civil and criminal matters, FOIA requests, and congressional inquiries.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years of progressive responsibility on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a security clearance if required.
• BS/BA degree or JD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil and criminal matters.
• Use eDiscovery applications to support investigations and inquiries.
• Develop and document discovery plans with search parameters.
• Coordinate collection results with FBI units and agency attorneys.
• Train end users on eDiscovery platforms and best practices.
