Job summary
Contact Government Services, LLC (CGS) is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Technical Advisor to join our Legal team in the United States. The role focuses on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and criminal matters, FOIA, and congressional inquiries.
You will act as an expert user of EV, Discovery Accelerator, LHMT, and Veritas eDiscovery, guiding discovery plans and coordinating with FBI units.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in eDiscovery/litigation support with client-focused solutions.
- At least 3 years on major litigation support projects with increasing responsibility.
- 2+ years in Relativity beyond basic review coding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- U.S. citizen eligible to obtain a government security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, preserve, collect, process, and produce ESI for civil/criminal matters and inquiries.
- Provide criminal discovery support and expert use of ESI applications (EV, DA, LHMT, Veritas).
- Collaborate with litigation teams to develop discovery plans and search parameters.
- Coordinate collection results with FBI units and ensure proper Bates numbering and load files.
- Train agency attorneys and staff on electronic discovery tools and procedures.
- Document discovery plans and procedures for each case.
- Support legal holds and respond to requests for hold amendments or lifts.
