Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Advisor in the Washington, DC area to support litigation and investigation efforts. The role involves managing ESI collection, processing, and production, while ensuring defensible, auditable workflows for civil and criminal matters.

You will work with attorneys and paralegals, coordinate with the Discovery IT team on new tools, and apply automation ideas using scripting to improve efficiency and accuracy in eDiscovery processes.

Qualifications

• United States citizenship and ability to obtain TOP SECRET/TS/SCI clearance.
• 5+ years' experience with eDiscovery platforms for Civil/Criminal/FOIA discovery.
• 2+ years' experience constructing database queries and analyzing data for errors.
• Experience with end-to-end lifecycle management of litigation support matters.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage case matters in the eDiscovery review platform, including data ingestion, case creation, user access, and data integrity checks.
• Coordinate collection results with client stakeholders responsible for processing discovery for review and production.
• Provide training and technical assistance to attorneys, paralegals, and users of the eDiscovery platform.
• Collaborate with Discovery IT to implement new technologies and process improvements to automate tasks.
