Job summary

Lighthouse in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to drive eDiscovery workflows, oversee data intake, culling, processing, hosting and production, and ensure accuracy before delivering work to clients.

You will coordinate across departments, manage the pod’s queue, participate in process improvements, and bring strong analytical and project-management skills. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in eDiscovery with Relativity are required; PMP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees a plus.
• 4+ years of work experience with at least two years in eDiscovery.
• Experience with Relativity required.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a good understanding of eDiscovery, market competitors and the tools used to support the industry.
• Develop a thorough understanding of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths needed to progress work through the system and tools used by Lighthouse to manage workflows.
• Communicate proper expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the pod’s work request queue.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives as identified by pod leaders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
