Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a senior leader to work with the Client Services team and cross‑functional Lighthouse teams to deliver eDiscovery solutions for complex litigations and investigations. You will guide the client through technology-assisted review, data governance, and project execution, ensuring alignment with client needs.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in legal settings, strong relationship-building, and the ability to translate requirements into actionable discovery strategies using

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in a law department, law firm, or eDiscovery provider.
Experience delivering electronic discovery solutions and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities

Contribute to delivery of client solutions and manage a Senior PM team.
Lead litigations and investigations and provide consultative guidance.
Design methods and processes for collection, legal hold, discovery, and document review.
Define requirements, select tech/services, and implement discovery solutions.
Educate clients on Lighthouse products and services.
Recruit, interview, train, and mentor client teams.
