Innovative Driven is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join its fast-growing Client Services team in the United States. You will oversee client accounts, coordinate across multiple projects, and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or seven years in litigation support/related role.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Relativity and technology-assisted review.

Job description

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join and serve as an integrated member of Innovative Driven’s fast-growing Client Services department, ensuring consistently proactive round-the-clock client support for multiple assigned projects from kick-off through delivery, resource allocation, and quality control.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Innovative Driven Client Services accounts and serve as assigned clients’ primary point of contact during shift
  • Interact with multiple clients to develop and reinforce strong client relationships
  • Initiate project kick-off calls and ensure project is kept within budget, scope, and expected timeline
  • Consult and provide expertise to internal and external stakeholders regarding best practices in EDRM
  • Provide and document final quality control and assurance measures on key client deliverables
  • Ensure that quality control SOPs are implemented, and standards are met for all project deliverables
  • Develop and execute project plans that guarantee successful completion and on-time delivery of project tasks
  • Execute and/or delegate incoming client requests within the Innovative Driven Client Services team
  • Distribute project reports and key metrics based on internal and external client requirements
  • Successfully execute Relativity administrative functions in live project databases as needed
  • Provide and maintain accurate, proactive, and concise communication and record keeping on all project details, such as tracking logs, project specifications, case reports, and project deliverables
  • Follow Innovative Driven SOPs related to project tracking, ticket submission, time entry, email response times, and interdepartmental support outreach
Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree or seven years in litigation support/legal industry role
  • Minimum five years in an eDiscovery Project Management role
  • Minimum five years of extensive, hands‑on, daily work in Relativity, including processing and technology assisted review technologies. Preference for candidates with Relativity certifications (RCA, RCU, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the entire EDRM, from collections through production

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
