Job description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as a trusted, client-facing lead for some of our most sophisticated engagements. This role is dedicated to supporting large, global law firm clients whose teams bring deep litigation experience and high expectations for precision, responsiveness, and defensibility.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned eDiscovery project manager who is equally comfortable prescribing technical solutions across the eDiscovery lifecycle and holding substantive, credible conversations with highly experienced legal professionals. A legal background is a strong advantage in this role: the Senior Project Manager will regularly engage with attorneys and litigation support teams who expect a partner fluent in both the technology and the legal context in which it operates.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at a vendor, law firm, or in-house.
• Proven track record working directly with sophisticated clients and stakeholders, ideally including large or international law firms.
• At least 3 years of experience using Relativity at an administrator level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) or other legal degree strongly preferred; equivalent substantive experience supporting litigation teams will also be considered.
• Prior experience managing eDiscovery matters for large, global, or Am Law 100/200 law firm clients.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA), Expert, or Master certification.
• 8+ years of eDiscovery project management experience at a vendor, law firm, or in-house.
• 5+ years of experience using Relativity at an administrator level.
• Understanding of TAR and/or AI principles.
