Job summary

Consilio LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee high-level e-discovery projects, coordinating with attorneys, paralegals, IT, and clients. The role emphasizes planning for execution, mentoring, and delegating to the project team to ensure successful matter outcomes.

The position requires leading multiple complex projects, providing expert guidance on data collections, processing, review workflows, and production. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or minimum 5 years in the litigation support / legal industry.
• Proven leadership responsibilities.
• 5 years experience using Relativity or equivalent eDiscovery tools.
• Willingness to travel.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams within budget and schedule constraints.
• Ability to manage client expectations and maintain satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating project work with global resources.
• Proactive problem-solving and anticipation of client needs.
• Ability to handle unexpected problems quickly and effectively.
• Flexible schedule driven by client requirements that may exceed 40 hours.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing project teams, including supporting PMs.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of discovery matters and serve as primary client contact.
• Offer expertise on data collections, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedules and reporting with activities, dependencies, and resources.
• Develop and manage relationships with internal teams.
• Define and monitor quality standards on all deliverables.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications.
• Serve as an expert on Consilio's review platforms and offerings.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets.
• Oversee multiple concurrent complex projects.
• Generate and distribute KPIs and reporting metrics.
• Develop strong client relationships through collaborative service.
