Control Risks is seeking a Senior Consultant with a strong eDiscovery specialization to oversee the full lifecycle of client matters from setup to invoicing. The role requires deep RelativityOne expertise and ability to bridge client requirements with technical resources.

The candidate will manage multiple projects, consult with clients on workflows, and ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting deadlines. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RelativityOne and ability to set up new projects to client specifications.
• Experience with cross-border investigations and related discovery concerns.
• Relativity Certifications; Relativity Certified Administrator advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement customized client solutions on a case-by-case basis.
• Liaise with clients to develop strong client relations and ensure client success.
• Monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from start to finish.
• Provide hands-on technical support in RelativityOne and related tools.
• Work with operations to allocate resources and meet deadlines.
• Gather and document project requirements and maintain custody records.
• Prioritize needs and communicate with development teams on requirements.
