Job summary

Control Risks is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of eDiscovery projects across multiple client matters, from matter setup to invoicing and client billing, ensuring delivery to client satisfaction and company standards.

A candidate will apply expertise in litigation support and technology to bridge client requirements with production and technical resources. Strong RelativityOne skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional eDiscovery Litigation Support and Project Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RelativityOne and ability to tailor projects to client specs.
• Experience with cross-border investigations and related discovery concerns.
• Familiarity with litigation phases: preservation, processing, review, production.
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with litigation support software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on project workflow and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client by client basis.
• Liaise with clients to develop strong client relations and demonstrate a high level of commitment to client success.
• Continuously monitor and manage multiple eDiscovery projects from beginning to end.
• Provide hands-on technical support for RelativityOne and related tools; build custom workflows and productions.
• Coordinate with operations to allocate resources and manage deadlines.
• Document client requirements and act as client advocate for prioritization of new needs.
• Maintain records of project scope, timelines, and chain of custody documents.
