Job summary

CGS Federal in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to lead client-facing eDiscovery initiatives within a federal agency environment. You will oversee workflows, Relativity deployments, and ensure timely delivery of data processing, review, and production tasks. The role demands strong communication, deep knowledge of EDRM, and the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
• 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Experience with EDRM and government software policies and procedures.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent; JD highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and provide consultation to clients to service all client eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity.
• Create batches of records for review in Relativity.
• Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity.
• Develop, modify, and implement workflows and essential resources to progress work through the system.
• Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for tasks associated with data processing, review, and production.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product.
• Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish informed project schedules based on a solid understanding of project activities and dependencies.
• Participate in project tasks including kick-off call preparation and documentation of workflows and closure tasks.
• Maintain an understanding of e-discovery landscape and tools used in the industry.
