Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst to serve as a SME in key eDiscovery workflow areas. You will support associates, drive learning and ensure quality standards are applied while contributing as an individual contributor across Operations.

You will load, process and search client data, troubleshoot data issues, generate senior-management reports, and lead SOP creation. The role emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT/technical role that is production-based, deadline-driven
• Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to fast-changing environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with process improvement and compliance and ability to lead initiatives

Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary and eDiscovery software to process and search client data
• Load, process and search data in multiple file formats and troubleshoot issues
• Generate reports from databases for senior management
• Serve as SME in one or more eDiscovery workflow areas and train Associates as needed
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge documentation; contribute to KM strategy
• Lead department initiatives around planning, documentation, procedures and continuous improvement
• Foster collaboration across departments and coach associates at all levels
