Job summary

Epiq is seeking a Junior eDiscovery Technical Specialist focused on data collections, supporting legal and HR investigations. You will acquire, search, organize, and present electronic records (email and more) using standard tools to meet confidential inquiries.

The role emphasizes documentation, data QC, and collaboration with IT and external providers. Strong MS Office and Exchange skills are required, with hybrid in-office/work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• Familiar with eDiscovery tools, especially Veritas Discovery Accelerator and Gimmal Discovery Attender.
• Strong MS Office skills including advanced Excel; experience with Exchange is a plus.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requests and communicate results to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance process documentation.
• Ensure data QC and validation for consistent collection and processing of sources.
• Coordinate with IT teams to access non-direct sources.
• Perform data collections using industry standard tools.
• Process and search acquired data; export deliverables for review platforms.
• Provide troubleshooting and client communication across Legal and HR requests.
