Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an eDiscovery Litigation Technologist to support diverse legal accounts within a fast-paced, collaborative team. The role focuses on litigation technology, FBI Discovery policies, and ESI handling across civil and selected criminal matters.

The ideal candidate has extensive eDiscovery experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience.
• 3 years on major litigation support projects.
• 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide litigation technology support and monitor legal changes.
• Evaluate new technology and best practices for FBI Discovery.
• Verify solutions meet needs and deliver business capability.
• Test system upgrades or patches prior to release.
• Assist with identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI for civil and selected criminal matters.
• Monitor legal hold custodians and ensure preservation of material.
• Update or create SOPs for the ETA role.
• Maintain strong technical background with electronic discovery applications.
