Job summary

CGS Federal seeks a Senior Discovery IT System Administrator to support electronic discovery tools and backend infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day operations, monitor performance, and coordinate with vendors on fixes, migrations, and architecture discussions.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Relativity/Veritas eDP, Windows Server, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). The role emphasizes security, training, and knowledge documentation.

Qualifications

Experience administering discovery applications and related tools.
Strong knowledge of e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Veritas eDP).
Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server 2019/2022.
Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and VMware.

Responsibilities

Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
Administer and monitor installed systems; install, configure, test and maintain OS and software.
Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with vendors to implement fixes.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Assist in technical architecture design discussions and migration activities.
Liaise with vendors to address product issues for OGC.
Develop training for end-users and provide knowledge articles.
