Job summary

CGS is seeking an experienced Senior Data Specialist with extensive knowledge of litigation discovery processes to provide assistance in the EDRM workflow for a large Federal agency initiative. The role involves supporting attorney teams, managing document review databases, and ensuring compliance with ESI specifications across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Experience with eDiscovery roles including document processing, data culling, QA, loads and retrieval.
• Familiarity with ICONECT, Relativity, MS Office Suite; experience with document review tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform file manipulation, loading, conversion services, database indexing, and quality checks of loads.
• Develop and modify methodologies for manipulating files for use with COTS products and litigation support applications.
• Ensure incoming productions comply with applicable ESI specifications.
• Export data from databases with QA and redaction checks, ensuring ESI compliance.
• Support clients and legal teams by processing documents, subpoenas, and producing documents to opposing parties.
