Job summary

Linklaters Americas seeks a senior US-qualified lawyer with at least ten years PQE to provide eDiscovery guidance on litigation, investigations and regulatory matters. You will sign-off on privilege and disclosure obligations and work with the eDiscovery team on strategy.

You will liaise with partners, clients and vendors, review and production protocols, advise on analytics and technology-assisted review, and help plan review workflows.

Qualifications

• : US lawyer with at least ten years post-qualification experience

• Experience advising on eDiscovery, reviews and productions and investigations
• Familiarity with e-discovery lifecycle: preservation, collection, review, production

Responsibilities

• Provide US-qualified legal advice and sign-off on privilege, disclosure obligations and legal risk within eDiscovery strategy for litigation matters, investigations, and regulatory cases, working with the eDiscovery team on the operational strategy itself.
• Coordinate with the eDiscovery team to ensure legal input is integrated into the strategy, vendor-management, and best-practice functions.
• Support matter teams with planning and execution of document preservation, collection, processing, review, analysis and production workflows.
• Provide legal sign-off that review and production strategies are proportionate, cost-effective and compliant with legal requirements.
