Duties

• Provide legal advice and sign-off on eDiscovery strategies.
• Coordinate with the eDiscovery team to integrate legal input.
• Support planning and execution of document workflows.
• Confirm review and production strategies meet legal requirements.
• Liaise with partners, clients, and vendors for coordination.
• Review and approve document protocols and training.
• Advise on the defensibility of eDiscovery technologies.
• Assist with review planning and quality control.
• Prepare updates and reports for internal teams and clients.
• Advise on compliance in provider and client relationships.
• Contribute to internal best practices and training.

Requirements

• US qualified lawyer with a minimum of ten years post-qualification experience.

• Understanding of the e-discovery lifecycle and relevant rules.
• Experience with leading eDiscovery platforms like Relativity.
• Familiarity with analytics and technology-assisted review.
• Experience with cross-border matters and data privacy issues is advantageous.

Education
