Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Associate for our Forensic Services practice in multiple U.S. offices. You will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery technology to process, organize, analyze, and deliver data-driven insights, while maintaining frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams as a resource.

You will manage data productions, risk, and quality controls, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years conducting eDiscovery activities in large and complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of current eDiscovery tools and technologies (Relativity).
• Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle from collection to matter close-outs.
• Experience preparing, executing, and quality controlling data productions.
• Analytical e-discovery processes and use of technology-assisted review and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Execute on projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data for litigation or regulatory investigations.
• Support engagement planning and project team execution.
• Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and project milestone reports.
• Plan processing specifications and search parameters for client data processing.
• Utilize Relativity for data review including TAR and analytics.
• Prepare and deliver data productions.
• Manage risk with QC measures and documentation.
• Contribute to team recruiting and mentor junior staff; assist in business development.
