Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Associate for its Forensic Services practice in the United States. You will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery technology to process, organize, and deliver data-driven insights, with frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years in eDiscovery, deep Relativity experience, and strong project management. Responsibilities include engagement planning, client communications, data processing, and quality control, while

Qualifications

5-8 years conducting eDiscovery in large/complex environments.
Broad technical knowledge of eDiscovery tools with Relativity.
Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle (collection, processing, review, production, privilege logs).
Experience producing data productions and using analytics/ TAR.
Certifications in Relativity or related tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data.
Support engagement planning and project execution with senior leadership.
Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
Prepare client communications and reports for milestones.
Oversee data processing projects, including processing specs and search parameters.
Utilize Relativity for data review and analytics.
Prepare and deliver data productions; maintain quality control.
Contribute to team recruiting, morale, and cross-team proposals.
