Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Senior Associate for its Forensic Services practice. You will leverage CRA’s eDiscovery tech to process, organize, and deliver data-driven insights with frequent contact with senior leadership and project teams across several offices.

The role emphasizes project management, quality control, and collaboration with client teams to drive effective investigations and regulatory responses.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of eDiscovery experience in large, complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of current eDiscovery tools, especially Relativity.
• Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle and data productions.
• Ability to lead teams and manage client communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute on projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data for litigation or regulatory matters.
• Support engagement planning and project team execution.
• Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and reports for milestones and leadership.
• Manage risk with quality control and documentation.
• Assist in business development and coordinating with practice areas.
