Job summary

Charles River Associates is seeking a Consulting Associate to join our Cyber Incident Response & eDiscovery team across major U.S. offices. You will assist high-profile investigations, transform complex data into actionable insights, and support regulatory and legal objectives using CRA's eDiscovery tools.

You will work with experienced consultants and attorneys, with formal training and mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in eDiscovery, cyber incident response, digital forensics, or related fields.
Experience administering Relativity workspaces and using analytics and reporting features is a plus.
Experience processing data with Nuix, Relativity, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.

Responsibilities

Support and lead workstreams related to cyber incident response and data breach investigations.
Process, organize, and analyze large datasets using eDiscovery tools.
Identify PII/PHI and other sensitive data; ensure data quality.
Manage review databases, including loading data, configuration, and reporting.
Prepare client-facing updates and contribute to engagements.
