Job summary

Charles River Associates seeks an Associate Principal for eDiscovery in Forensic Services to lead data-driven investigations and complex litigation projects. You will leverage Relativity, Nuix, and analytics to process, organize, and produce data while interfacing with senior leadership and clients.

You will manage end-to-end eDiscovery workflows, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development efforts. This hybrid role supports in-office collaboration across major U.S.

Qualifications

• 8-11 years of eDiscovery experience in large, complex environments.
• Deep knowledge of leading eDiscovery tools (Relativity, Nuix, etc.).
• Experience managing an entire EDRM lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency with Relativity data processing, analysis, and production.
• Industry certifications; Relativity certifications preferred.
• Ability to lead teams, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines.
• Policy, process and project management experience.
• Demonstrates integrity, initiative and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data for litigation or regulatory investigations.
• Support engagement planning and project team execution.
• Interface with client personnel and implement client discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and reports for milestones and senior leadership.
• Plan processing specifications and search parameters for data processing.
• Oversee data review in Relativity, including TAR, data analytics, and AI usage.
• Prepare and deliver data productions.
• Manage risk with quality control and documentation.
• Participate in recruiting and mentoring, and contribute to business development.
