Job summary

Charles River Associates seeks a Senior Associate for its Forensic Services practice in the United States. You will leverage Relativity to deliver data-driven insights across litigation and regulatory matters, from collection through production, with frequent interaction with senior leadership.

You will lead projects, plan engagements, manage risk with QC, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while maintaining high standards of integrity and client service.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years conducting eDiscovery activities in large, complex environments.
• Deep and broad knowledge of Relativity and eDiscovery tools.
• Familiarity with the EDRM lifecycle including collection, processing, review, production.
• Experience with data productions and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute projects involving identification, collection, processing, review, and production of data for litigation or regulatory matters.
• Support engagement planning and project execution for deliverables.
• Interface with client personnel and implement discovery strategies.
• Prepare client communications and reports for milestones and leadership.
• Plan processing specifications, search parameters, and data review in Relativity.
• Deliver data productions and manage risk through quality control and documentation.
• Participate in recruiting, mentoring, and business development activities.
