Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Analyst to join the eDiscovery team within the Legal Department in Durham, NC. The role focuses on preservation, collection and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI) in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities include managing multiple ESI requests (email, IMs, documents, tapes, databases), logging progress in the workflow, and coordinating with litigation support, in-house counsel, corporate security and compliance to ensure

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience with eDiscovery and EDRM concepts preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and data handling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple ESI collection requests (email, IMs, documents, tapes, databases).
• Log and track progress of requests in the workflow database.
• Communicate status across eDiscovery, litigation support, in-house counsel, security and compliance teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of results.
• Help refine and document eDiscovery team processes.
