Fidelity is seeking a detail‑oriented ESI Discovery Specialist to support attorneys in processing, reviewing, and producing electronically stored information across Fidelity's data ecosystem. The role emphasizes designing efficient review workflows and coordinating timely productions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to design and implement customized ESI workflows.
• Experience coordinating production of ESI to deadlines.

• Process and load Electronically Stored Information (ESI) into review platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and administer review workspaces, including user permissions, layouts, views, and workflow configurations.
• Design and implement customized review workflows that enable legal teams to efficiently identify, prioritize, and review relevant data.
• Coordinate the production and delivery of ESI in accordance with production protocols, specifications, and deadlines.
• Leverage advanced analytics to enhance document review, including clustering, email threading, near-duplicate identification, and TAR.
• Effectively manage multiple high priority matters while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrate organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Maintain proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
• Train attorneys on ESI review best practices and workflows.
• Advise on review strategy and workflow optimization during discovery lifecycle.
• Plan and manage internal and external project communications.
