Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the eDiscovery team within Legal. The role focuses on preservation, collection and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI).

The incumbent will manage, monitor and respond to multiple ESI requests such as emails, instant messages, documents and databases. The ideal candidate will understand the eDiscovery process and EDRM, communicate status across teams, and deliver accurate data timely while refining team processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic communications (email, social networks, instant messaging, web 2.0).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Intake, execute and track multiple ESI collection requests (email, IM, documents, backups, databases).
• Log and update request progress into the workflow database.
