Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Principal Analyst to join a fast-paced eDiscovery team within the Legal Department in Durham, NC. You will lead intake, tracking, and delivery of electronically stored information (ESI) requests, ensuring accuracy and timely results while collaborating with counsel, security, and compliance teams.

The role requires knowledge of the eDiscovery process and EDRM, and the ability to work independently in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Intake, execute and track ESI collection requests.
• Log and update request details in a workflow system.
• Communicate status across eDiscovery, litigation support, counsel, security, compliance and users.
• Ensure accuracy of collected data and results.
• Deliver data accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Assist in refining eDiscovery processes.
• Experience in a large corporate environment preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic communications (email, social networks, IM, web 2.0).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently and prioritize workload.
• Excellent organizational skills.
