Job summary

Alliance Health seeks a Manager of EDI Development and Support to oversee EDI systems and vendor interactions. You will lead the EDI team, drive maps and translations, and ensure secure data exchange with partners and customers from a remote NC base.

The role requires strong leadership, deep EDI expertise (ANSI X12/EDIFACT), and collaboration with IT, operations and analysts to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Seven years of EDI or business analysis experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional IT and business teams.
• Healthcare data knowledge is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards and protocols (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EDI development and support team.
• Oversee design and implementation of EDI solutions per requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and business analysts on processes.
• Manage EDI projects from initiation to completion and timelines.
• Coordinate with trading partners for EDI connections and testing.
• Develop and maintain EDI maps and data mappings.
