Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Manager of EDI Development and Support to oversee the EDI systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive successful implementation and ongoing support. The role is remote with NC residency and occasional onsite meetings at the Morrisville home office.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in EDI or related fields, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration practices.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical training in EDI or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in EDI or business analysis.
• Healthcare data experience preferred.
• Strong SQL and data integration knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the EDI development and support team.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of EDI solutions.
• Coordinate with trading partners to establish connections and testing.
• Ensure HIPAA transactions are delivered timely and accurately.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
