Job summary

East Boston Neighborhood Health Center seeks an Administrative Director for the RN ED to oversee daily operations of a busy 24/7 satellite ED in East Boston, serving about 35,000 patients this year.

Under the ED Medical Director, you will drive service delivery redesign, supervise staff, and coordinate clinical and administrative functions; a master's degree and ED leadership experience are preferred, with Lean workflow experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• NP/PA with ED background encouraged.
• Nurse manager experience required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years clinical ED/CC experience.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory/management experience, ideally in ED/CC.
• Lean concepts in clinical workflows a plus.
• Experience serving a diverse patient population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a busy 24/7 satellite ED with ED Medical Director.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate service delivery and redesign efforts.
