Netpace Inc. invites applications for a Director of Emergency Services to oversee ED operations at a major acute care hospital with Level II Trauma Center accreditation. The role reports to the VP of Emergency Services, guiding a team of 80–85 FTEs across ~175–200 daily visits.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, prefers a Master's degree, and has 3+ years of recent ED leadership experience at a large trauma center, with strong skills in staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• BSN required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Recent ED Director/Manager experience in a large Level I/II Trauma Center within the past year.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily ED operations, staffing, patient flow and resource utilization.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, regulatory compliance and patient experience initiatives.
• Manage department budgets, productivity, staffing plans and operating expenses.
• Recruit, develop, coach and retain nursing and clinical staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership to improve clinical outcomes and operational performance.
• Ensure staffing, clinical competencies and adherence to standards of care.
