Google’s Data Center Investments and Development (DCID) seeks a Strategic Negotiator on the Economic Development team to help expand and scale its global data center footprint. You will lead end-to-end negotiations, structure durable incentive packages, and align cross-functional partners to optimize total cost of ownership and host community value.

Qualifying candidates bring 6+ years in site selection or related fields, strong tax and financial modeling background, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Public Policy, Real Estate, or Law, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in site selection, economic development, corporate real estate, tax incentive structuring, or related negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate complex, multi-party economic development incentive agreements.
• Conduct tax due diligence and financial modeling to quantify incentive value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project requirements and manage risks.
• Monitor indirect tax developments and regulatory trends to inform playbooks.
• Track portfolio metrics, milestones, and KPIs.
