Christianbook, LLC is seeking a Senior Ecommerce Product Specialist to lead enhancements across the online store, with a focus on improving customer experience and conversion. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution as the site transitions to Shopify.

You will own the ecommerce roadmap, collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, UX, Analytics, and Development, and drive measurable improvements through data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, digital product management, site optimization, or digital experience management.
• Experience with Shopify or another leading ecommerce platform (Shopify preferred).
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) and other ecommerce analytics tools.
• Collaboration with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage ecommerce enhancement initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
• Maintain and prioritize the ecommerce improvement roadmap.
• Document business requirements and collaborate with Development to deliver successful implementations.
• Evaluate new Shopify functionality and recommend platform enhancements.
• Continuously improve workflows and processes that support the ecommerce experience.
