Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a results-driven professional to lead digital experience initiatives across site replatforming and key digital projects. You will coordinate with eCommerce, Product and Technology teams to ensure readiness and successful deployments.

The role emphasizes data-driven recommendations, online customer journey optimization, and cross-functional alignment to deliver a seamless luxury shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in digital eCommerce, site merchandising, product or related role.
• Ability to drive project readiness, manage cross-functional timelines, and coordinate between eCommerce, Product and Technology teams.
• Strategic and analytical thinking, with excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of the retail, fashion, or luxury brand landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive data analysis and translate customer insights into strategic site recommendations to optimize digital functionality and user journeys.
• Support cross-functional alignment on new site experience strategies with clear documentation and execution roadmaps.
• Assist with site defect tracking and release validation to protect the customer-facing digital experience.
• Oversee front-end UAT processes for site enhancements and system integrations, validating complex business scenarios before go-live.
• Co-lead bi-weekly E-Commerce Leadership meetings to align stakeholders on priorities.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to monitor trends and identify opportunities in the digital experience.
• Establish and scale SOPs for major site migrations, feature releases, and defect resolution.
