Job summary

The Fresh Market is seeking a Digital Fulfillment Specialist to drive growth and flawless execution of our digital fulfillment programs across platforms such as Curbside, Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and EZ Cater.

You will own operational consistency, speed to pick, and order accuracy while collaborating with store leadership to maintain product availability, quality, and presentation for both online and in-store guests.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Experience in retail, eCommerce, fulfillment or guest service is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of all digital fulfillment orders with speed and accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners for platform consistency.
• Ensure on-time completion and communicate substitutions or changes proactively.
• Maintain in-stock positions and product quality for digital fulfillment.
• Stage and verify orders for accuracy and presentation before pickup/delivery.
